The largest Indian agriculture delegation ever visited China, which included five groups of totally 548 members, was welcomed in Beijing last December. Their fruitful trip was solely managed by the Beijing Top View Travel and Tours (TVH).
The program was organized by the Karnataka State government. Its objective was to exchange experiences with their Chinese counterparts on subjects such as irrigation, greenhouse vegetable production, beverage and dairy production and other agricultural techniques.

Each group spent six days in China and the first group arrived in Beijing on December 23, 2008. Their itinerary, accommodation, authentic Indian food and transportation were all thoroughly arranged by the TVH crew. The whole program lasted for three months.
This is the first time TVH entertaining such a large scale agricultural tour as 95% of its members were farmers. It benefited the TVH crew with unprecedented experiences. The success wouldn not have been achieved if they didn not pull out sufficient preparations with professional approaches.
Since most of the Indians had little knowledge about Chinese agriculture, TVH members took their initiative to learn about the needs of clients and to make contact with relevant Chinese agriculture organizations.
They also arranged three Chinese agricultural experts and two interpreters for each group. All these arrangement turned out to be necessary and were highly appreciated by Indian guests.
At the Sunqiao Vegetable Garden near Shanghai, a typical rural business in China, some guests told their guide that they were deeply impressed by the record of one labor packing more than one thousand bottles of fruit juicy in one day with the help of modern techniques.

Each group visited three agriculture businesses in Beijing and four in Shanghai, traveling nearly 1,500 kilometers. The two most famous businesses they visited were Beijing Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. and Shanghai Bright Dairy & Food Co., Ltd.
